Trinity

Trinity has been a resident at MAS since February 2019, after being found as a stray with no one to call her own. From the moment she arrived, it was clear she was something special—a firecracker of joy wrapped in fur. Life, to Trinity, is a non-stop adventure, and she greets every day with wide eyes, wiggly excitement, and an eagerness to zoom straight into whatever fun might be waiting. She’s not the kind of girl to sit still for long—there’s too much to see, sniff, and do!

Trinity livens up anywhere she goes with her infectious, happy energy and lively charm! Even with a few medical challenges, she’s all about living life to the fullest—especially if it includes a walk, a squeaky toy, or a good ol’ booty scratch (her favorite!). Trinity has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which means her thyroid doesn’t produce enough hormones to regulate things like metabolism and energy levels. Ironically, it’s a condition that typically causes low energy—but clearly, no one told Trinity. Her joyful, zoom-happy personality didn’t get the memo. With daily medication, her thyroid levels stay balanced, allowing her to keep living life full throttle and feeling like her best, bounciest self.

She also has some mild arthritis in her knees, shoulders, spine, and hips, which can make her a little stiff or sore, especially after a busy day of zooming or when the weather gets chilly. Luckily, with joint supplements, comfy spots to rest, and occasional pain medication, she stays comfortable and ready for whatever fun comes next. She also has seasonal allergies that can make her a bit itchy at times, but regular allergy meds and soothing baths help keep those flare-ups under control. None of it gets her down for long—Trinity is still all about the good times, just with a little extra TLC along the way.

One of Trinity’s more sensitive conditions is recurrent stress colitis. When she’s feeling anxious or overwhelmed, her tummy can get upset and cause digestive issues. To help keep her gut happy, Trinity is on a special prescription diet that’s gentle and easy to digest, and a calm, consistent routine goes a long way in helping her feel secure.

Sponsoring Trinity means being part of the team that keeps her tail wagging and her spirits high. Your support helps cover the cost of her medications, vet visits, and special diet so she can keep spreading joy everywhere she goes. She may need a little extra care, but the love and laughter she gives in return is absolutely priceless.
