Duke’s new Dad said that Duke is doing excellent! He has been home one week and he said the only way we could ever get Duke back would be out of their "Cold dead hands" ” title=”Smile” /> When Duke first went home he had a crate to stay in….but Duke is doing so well, he took the crate away. Duke lays at their feet watching TV and sleeps at the end of the bed at night. He said they have had no problems with him. When he get’s home from work….they have their playtime. Duke loves his toys! Mom walks him everyday. ( Mom recently lost 100 lbs, so she is very active.) They said he still barks for them to pick up the toy, but Dad and Mom turn their backs on him and he gets quiet. He is doing really well with that! He has gone for rides in the truck and does well. He also has already gone to their campground and met other dogs and did great. When they walk they use an easy-leader and he has done well with that. He also met a 2 1/2 year old neice of theirs and all went wonderful. Dad said they are really bonding and just love him!
