3-20-09 Rosie’s 1st Week at Home
Dad said it’s been a wonderful week! He said Rosie acts like she’s always been there. ” title=”Very Happy” /> She’s been very well-behaved, with no incidences of any concern at all. She’s had no potty accidents, she even goes to the door & barks when she wants to go out – she’s been perfect!
Rosie has picked her favorite place to sleep – which is curled up in the recliner chair. Dad said late evening she does the funniest thing – she sits in her chair, and when it gets about 10:00pm or so, she just looks at Mom & Dad like, “uh, it’s kinda Bed-Time now, don’t you wanna get going to your beds so I can get to sleep too??” Rosie definitely considers herself a Lap Dog, and whenever anyone sits on the couch, Rosie crawls right on top of their lap for some cuddle time! She also loves running through their big fenced yard, going for her daily walks, and is pulling less on the leash already too.
Rosie has totally made herself right at home, and the whole family is so happy to have her. Dad said she gets along with everyone & everything extremely well – other people, kids, other dogs, their 2 year old granddaughter,…. she’s wonderful!
