Hi there, I’m Averie!

I’ve heard that people-pleasing can be exhausting…but not for me! As the bright young lady I am, my potential is as high as your dedication. I love using this beautiful brain of mine to make my friends (and hopefully my future family!) happy.

You’ll usually find me splashing around in the pond at MAS, getting my toes wet and having the time of my life. Toys? My absolute favorite. I can never have enough! I’m always ready for fun, games, and adventure—who needs a television when you’ve got me to keep you entertained?

My excitement tends to come out in some pretty dorky, adorable ways. I love to zoom around and fold myself up like a pretzel with my behind in the air…very professional-contortionist of me, if I do say so myself! Because I can be a little extra with my energy, I’d probably do best with older kiddos who have a good, sturdy stance.

I’m super excited to play with other dogs, too! A playful pup who enjoys some friendly rough-and-tumble would be perfect. Cats, however…we’ve mutually agreed we’re just not each other’s vibe.

Meeting new people can make me a bit unsure at first, but give me a moment and I’ll warm right up. Once I do, I’m like a breath of fresh air—full of joy, positivity, and goofy charm.
