Date of Birth: February 27, 2017
Occupation: Booty Shaker and Smile Maker!
Meet Cheeto, the inspirational furry friend who found sanctuary at MAS in February of 2018. Although his past is shrouded in mystery as a former stray, it is evident that he has endured his share of challenges, leaving him with traces of trauma.
Despite the hurdles, Cheeto’s spirit shines bright, though he navigates life with anxiety in overwhelming situations and is sensitive to various noises. Additionally, he contends with allergies that trigger severe itching and irritation, alongside non-cancerous skin bumps that require ongoing monitoring as a precautionary measure. But thanks to the dedicated care provided by MAS, including monthly skin-soothing medicated baths, a specialized prescription diet, and carefully administered medications, Cheeto is empowered to tackle his symptoms head-on, allowing him to embrace life’s joys.
In his downtime, you might find Cheeto fine-tuning his acrobatic focus skills and flexing his mental muscles in the MAS gym. He finds solace in basking at the water’s edge, soaking up the warmth of the sun. Cheeto lights up when he sees his friends and can’t help but wiggle from the tip of his nose down to the tip of his tail! His greatest joy lies in the company of his human companions, where he transforms into the ultimate snuggle buddy, preferring cozy moments over daring adventures.
