OUR VISION
On Jan 15th 2021, we received an urgent phone call asking for help from Autumn, a wonderful animal control officer, in Montcalm County. We work with her often, and she knew we would be able to help if we could. She received a call that Friday, saying there was a dog wandering around with a mangled leg since Monday. We still can’t wrap our heads around why someone waited so long to call Animal Control. After Autumn was able to rescue him, she informed us that he was very sweet, but his leg was beyond saving. There’s still time to make a year-end gift that will help give countless dogs the second chance they’ve been waiting for. All gifts made to Mackenzie’s Animal Sanctuary before year’s end may be eligible for a tax deduction to the extent permitted by law, and, most importantly, can lead to more rescues, more adoptions and more lives saved. Please give a lifesaving gift today and help them ring in the New Year with hope.
Here are just a few sweet faces you have helped save! Thank you for your continued support!
