She was rushed for emergency care with a broken thigh bone in her right leg and two fractured bones in her left leg, leaving her unable to stand or walk. With both of her back legs severely injured, and without surgery and rehabilitation, she faced a future of chronic pain and immobility.

MAS stepped in without hesitation, providing the multiple surgeries she desperately needed and guiding her through the long, challenging road of physical therapy. It wasn’t easy. Learning to walk again with two healing legs takes time, grit, and a lot of heart—but if there’s one thing Bellah has in abundance, it’s heart. Bellah is now back on her feet and back to doing what she loves—chasing tennis balls, hopping into the car for a ride, and flashing her brilliant smile at every new friend she meets. Bellah is a bright, loving, and incredibly smart pup who is eager to please and always ready to explore the world with a wagging tail, carrying no trace of bitterness from her past.
